1. How long does it take to process my order?
Processing includes order confirmation, product sourcing, quality check, customization (if applicable), and packaging.
Standard Products: 1–5 business days
Custom or Personalized Items: 5-10 business days
Large Decor Items / Bulk Orders: 7-15 business days.
2. How long is shipping?
Typically 7–24 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and supplier availability.
USA- 5-12 business days after shipment
International- 7-24 business days after shipment
Custom Decor & Specialty Items- 10-25 business days after shipment

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping times vary (10–24 business days).
4. Will my items arrive together?
Not always. We ship from multiple suppliers, so you may receive separate packages.
5. Where do you ship from?
Tailor Elevé works with trusted third-party suppliers located in the United States and internationally. Our items may ship from:
U.S. warehouses
International warehouses
AutoDS fulfillment centers
Custom production partners
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Custom and personalized items: No cancellations once ordered
Non-custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours if they have not shipped.
8. Do you offer returns?
We accept returns for 30days, free return shipping, no stocking fee, no final sale items. We accept returns for incorrect or defective items( must send proof of purchase and incorrect or damaged items)
9. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Tailor Elevé specializes in custom invitations, décor, templates, and event pieces.
10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase for non custom or personalized items.
Because many of our items are customized or personalized, orders that have entered production cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at our email.
11. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Customized and or personalized products, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue with order number. Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly make it right.
For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and return approval has been granted.
